Return / Exchange Policy

At Bluefin Usa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you want to return an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund for any item that is in like-new condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Merchandise may be returned within 15 days from your invoice date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number and the Return Merchandise Authorization obtained calling the Customer Service Department at 1-888-750-2583.

Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing for the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Please note that processing time may be longer during periods of high volume like the holiday season. We will work as quickly as we possibly can to ensure that your return or exchange is processed in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.
